During my tenure at Treatwell, I worked as Tatiana’s manager for the in-house design studio where she was a multimedia designer working across various campaigns. Tatiana was responsible for coming up with strong conceptual ideas for seasonal campaigns as well as managing day-to-day design requirements across eleven markets in Europe. She excelled in animation and video editing very quickly whilst also working on print, acquisition ad social campaigns. Tatiana has never shied away from going the extra mile, working extra hours when needed, to ensure all campaign requirements were met, at the highest standard in order to achieve business performance targets. Her level of professionalism can only be outshone by her interpersonal skills with her direct colleagues as well as with wider company stakeholders. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her, she is a pillar of strength for any of her colleagues and can be counted on every time to get the job done and create a positive and welcoming office environment. I look forward to seeing her progress and growth in her career on her path to becoming a great Creative Director.
